I know how cliché it sounds, but in this day and age its so important. Our busy lifestyles see us passing weeks and months by in the blink of an eye, often leaving us over worked and a little (or a little more than a little) fritzed.
Finding balance is about assessing your life load, bringing in the right support methods and making necessary adjustments. So in doing this we don’t end up getting so stressed we end up burning out or in a chronic disease state.
